2. Custom Made-to-Order Products

Every poster in our store is custom-printed specifically for you upon purchase. Because these items are uniquely tailored to your chosen specifications (definition, color, and size), they are classified as personalized goods.

  • Final Sale: As these items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.

  • Order Accuracy: Please review your chosen design, color, and size carefully before completing your purchase, as orders cannot be canceled or modified once production begins.

3. Payment

The total price displayed at checkout is the final amount to be paid, including all applicable taxes and fees. We process payments securely; your card will be charged once the production of your custom item is underway.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Production time is required for all orders before they are dispatched. Delivery is considered complete when the carrier delivers the package to your specified shipping address.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of our prints. If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error, we will make it right.

  • Notification: You must notify us of any damages or defects within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Resolution: Please use our Contact Form to submit a photo of the issue along with your order number. If a defect is confirmed, we will issue a free replacement immediately.

6. Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or the shipping address provided was incorrect, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If you choose not to have the item reshipped, a restocking fee will be deducted from any potential refund to cover our production and handling costs.

7. Limitation of Liability

DefinitionPosters.com is not responsible for any indirect damages or losses that may occur. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific product.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version of the Terms and Conditions applicable to your order is the one available on our website at the time you place your order.
